This dedicated FAQ page sets out what you need to. Initially, students just need to be registered on the relevant Cambridge Advanced Nationals course; you do not need to decide yet if they are attempting a Certificate or Extended Certificate.
When you are ready to make exam or NEA entries, you just need to ensure you enter the relevant code. This is the link to the entry codes page.
