The qualification does not have required practicals, much like our GCSEs and A levels. Instead we suggest practicals based upon the fundamental skills students should acquire.
There are some practical skills that students will need to be familiar with, such as some microscopy skills (magnification, preparation of temporary slides) and bacterial growth (investigating zones of inhibition).
Most practical skills can be taught with any of the usual practical materials and teaching resources you would otherwise be delivering for GCSE or A level science, and you should find suggestions for these in the scheme of work.
