If you are not able to access the OCR Interchange homepage, we recommend clearing your browser cache and making sure you are using the latest version of your browser. Instructions for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome can be found below:
Microsoft Edge
To clear your browser cache in Microsoft Edge:
1. Use the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl+Shift+Delete' on your keyboard to open the screen below:
2. Make sure only the 'Cached images and files' checkbox is ticked and choose the time range ‘All time’.
3. Click on ‘Clear now’. This will clear the browser cache.
Upgrading your browser to the latest version
If the Interchange home page is still not available after clearing your cache, make sure you are using the latest version of Edge.
In Microsoft Edge, enter the URL 'edge://settings/help’ and click on ‘About Microsoft Edge’ as shown below:
If the About page shows Microsoft Edge is up to date, you don't need to do anything.
If the About page shows an update is available. Select 'Download and install'.
Google Chrome
1. In Chrome, use the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl+Shift+Delete'
2. Make sure only the 'Cached images and files' checkbox is ticked:
3. Then click on 'clear data'.
Upgrading your browser to the latest version
If Interchange is still not available after clearing your cache, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser:
1. Click on the icon highlighted on the top right corner of the image below:
2. Select 'Settings' as shown in the below image
3. Then select the 'About Chrome' section the bottom left section of the page
4. Clicking on 'About Chrome' should automatically update Chrome to latest version. If it does not, click on the 'update' icon.
5. Close and relaunch your browser.
