Cambridge OCR were required to provide specifications where all 360 GLH (guided learning hours) were accounted for and this averages to about 5-6 teaching hours per week in a typical school year. Our curriculum planners were designed to meet this ideal amount of learning hours. The GLH for this qualification are equivalent to those for an A Level. GLH is approximate and may slightly vary between units, schools and cohorts or groups of students and their needs.
