Formulae that we can provide to students in GCSE (9-1) Mathematics assessments are the three kinematics formulae (statement 6.02e), the pressure formula and the formulae for surface area and volume of cones, spheres and pyramids (statements 10.04b and 10.04c). The ability to use these is required GCSE (9-1) Mathematics content for all Foundation and Higher tier students.
If a question requires the use of one of these formulae that can be provided in assessments, OCR GCSE (9-1) Mathematics question papers will provide the formula directly in the question. This avoids the need for students to have to look for and copy across formulae from a separate formulae sheet.
