Students should be producing the final outcomes for their externally set task which they will have planned for during the preparatory period. Where final outcomes are difficult to produce during the controlled hours exam e.g. taking photographs, using specialist equipment or firing ceramics pieces etc. then students should plan what they will produce that is pertinent to their final piece e.g. editing photographs on photo shop. They must not work on their preparatory work during the exam.
Preparatory work must be handed in to the teacher prior to the exam starting, students can access this work for reference only during the exam time but it must be handed in at the end of each session.
