How do I record feedback that has been given to students?

Refer to Section 6.2 and 6.7 of the Specification. 

Feedback given to students after teachers have marked their work must be recorded. There is a feedback form available on the OCR website and Teach Cambridge which can be used for this purpose: OCR Cambridge Nationals (First Teach 2022) Feedback form. You may create your own recording form. 

Feedback given must be available for any centre staff completing internal quality assurance, as well as for the OCR moderator. You do not need to send this to the moderator, but it must be available if requested.
