Each candidate should be assigned a single URS. To support the moderator effectively, it is considered best practice to annotate the entire URS, adding one to two sentences for each mark statement or bullet point. These comments should justify the marks awarded and reference the page numbers of key evidence. Please avoid copying and pasting directly from the mark scheme.
