What programming languages are authorised?

There is guidance in the Specification that must be reviewed. We require - Text-based: this means typed out – and not ‘drag and drop’.

High-level: most programming languages candidates choose are high level. We would not accept things like Machine code, or similar.

Programming language: this would be a general-purpose language. Examples such as HTML or CSS are not programming languages. As a rule of thumb - if you can cover the specification techniques listed – it's likely fine.
