How should we send NEA work to Cambridge OCR?

There are two options for submitting work to Cambridge OCR – by post or by uploading work to Submit for Assessment.

The two different options have different entry codes – please make sure your students have been entered using the correct code for your chosen submission method. Please see the Entry Codes booklet for the entry codes.

Where centres have entered for H409/03 Moderated Upload to submit work using Submit for Assessment, no materials should be sent by post. Further information about using Submit for Assessment can be found here.

Files uploaded to Submit for Assessment should be clearly organised and labelled identifying the candidate number and content of the file (e.g. 1234_statementofintent).  

Any work submitted as digital files must be in universal file formats.  Work can be submitted in the following formats:

• PDF
• MP3
• MP4
• Embedded in an online blog
