You will need to complete the following documents for the GCSE PE:
- Visit Arrangement Form through My Cambridge- Cambridge OCR PE Moderation Service
- EAPI Mark Sheet (optional)
- Moderation Day Cover sheet
- PE Mark Input Form through My Cambridge- Cambridge OCR PE Moderation Service
- Centre Authentication Form (to be retained in the Centre)
- Candidate Authentication Form (to be retained in the Centre)
A complete list of the forms can be found here. Under certain circumstances other paperwork may need to be completed.
Enter overall component marks onto Interchange.
