If you have not been able to obtain evidence of their fieldwork you should complete the fieldwork form in as much detail as possible. Where you don’t know the information, please add N/A to the boxes. In the box which says, ‘If you would like to add any additional information, please do so in the box below’. Add evidence to show that you have attempted to gain proof that they have attended / completed their fieldwork for example email correspondence.
