Schools and colleges need to complete a fieldwork written statement by 15th May in the year of assessment to confirm this requirement has been met.
The written statement must be submitted electronically to Cambridge OCR. You can access the online fieldwork written statement via our forms finder tool and on Teach Cambridge.
