A score must be provided for each performance submitted for assessment. However, it does not need to be traditional staff notation.
Acceptable examples include:
- Full notation
- Lead sheets
- Guitar tab
- Lyrics and chords
- Any other appropriate representation of the music
The score is provided for moderator reference and is not assessed. Candidates are not expected to have learned directly from the score and performances do not need to replicate the score exactly. Adaptations and interpretations are acceptable.
