GCSE Drama: Can I have information on the NEA?

The Devising Drama section is non-examination assessment, meaning teachers mark the work and OCR moderate it.

You need to plan to receive students’ final work for assessment in time to mark it and get the marks to us by 15 May. You can give general feedback to students while they are working on their NEA, but can only officially mark it once – page 18 of the specification has more guidelines on what teachers can and can’t do.

The Presenting and Performing section is also non-examination assessment and is assessed by a Visiting Examiner.  The assessment window is 1^st February-1^st June.  A Visit Arrangement form needs to be completed to request the dates.
