Once you have made your first entries, we will allocate a moderator to your centre. They will then contact you to agree mutually convenient dates for their visit. A month before a visit, they will contact you to confirm the visit date and check whether you would like a virtual or face-to-face moderation visit.
When you have completed your summative assessment, make sure you have assessed, internally verified the work and are ready to be moderated. When you are ready to submit candidates’ work for external moderation, you should make a claim for each candidate via Interchange.
To allow visiting moderators time to select a sample of candidates’ work for moderation, ensure the claim is made at least two weeks before the scheduled moderation visit.
Further guidance on Cambridge Technicals Moderation can be found on the Cambridge OCR website here.
