In Task 1 does the individual being interviewed need to have the impairment given in the assignment?
No, the person interviewed doesn't need to have an impairment. It can be anybody they know, family, friend or neighbour.
In Task 1 can students use templates they have found for the person-centred tools?
Students can use templates they have found online for the tools or create their own. Any templates they have found should be referenced within the work. For units other than F092 you must follow the guidance around the use of templates.
Teacher notes in the assignment say that unsupervised time allowed will be … explained in the assessment guidance but F092 P5 criterion where the students have to get feedback on the one-page profile assessment guidance doesn’t say this can be completed in unsupervised time. Can they use unsupervised time to get this feedback?
The feedback on the one-page profile can be completed in unsupervised time. The feedback can be evidenced by written feedback from the person interviewed or notes made by the student.
For Task 2 what should the outline plan look like?
The outline care and support plan is made up evidence produced for P6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 and M4, 5 & 6 and can be in any format that the student feels is appropriate. Please refer to the assessment guidance in the assignment for that task. You can find an example in the exemplar on Teach Cambridge
