Cambridge Advanced Nationals: Viewing and downloading your submitted marks

After you have submitted your marks (number of criteria achieved) on the Cambridge OCR Moderation Service you can view and download the submitted marks to a CSV file:

• Viewing and downloading total marks for all candidates
• Viewing and downloading criteria level marks for the sample

Viewing and downloading total marks for all candidates

1. Select your subject and click 'Submit total marks' on the right of the subject dashboard.

2. You will then see a list of your visits, click 'View' to see your submitted total marks.

3. To download your marks to a CSV file, click 'Download' on the right of the screen.

Viewing and downloading criteria level marks for the sample

1. Select your subject and click 'Submit assessment criteria marks' on the right of the subject dashboard.

2. You will then see a list of your visits, click 'View' to see your submitted criteria marks for the sample.

3. To download your criteria marks to a CSV file, navigate to any candidate and click 'Download' on the right of the screen. This will download the submitted criteria marks for all candidates in the sample.
