For each candidate, you will need to keep:
- All marked tests they have completed (along with any annotated mark schemes that show additions/amendments made for your cohort)
- Their written record of their (best) practical investigation
For the whole cohort you will need to record the date on which each student achieved each of the Can-do tasks.
Teachers are required to submit the final total points score for each of their students requiring final certification by 15 May.
Cambridge OCR will then request a sample of candidates' work and this work will need to be sent to a Cambridge OCR moderator. This can be done either by post or via the Cambridge OCR Submit for Assessment. If it is a small cohort, it is likely that all candidates’ work will be called for.
For each candidate in the sample, the moderator will need to be sent:
- The completed Candidate Record Card
- All the marked end-of-item tests (arranged in order)
- The assessed practical task with a completed cover sheet.
We will not require copies of your internal mark sheets or other teaching resources.
You will also need to enclose with the sample:
- Annotated mark schemes that show additions/amendments made for your cohort
- Contact details (preferably the email address of the teacher responsible for the assessment) in case any issues emerge during the moderation.
