AS and A Level Media Studies: How should we send NEA work to OCR?

There are two options for submitting work to OCR – by post or by uploading work to our repository.

The two different options have different entry codes – please make sure your students have been entered using the correct code for your chosen submission method. Please see the Entry Codes booklet for the entry codes.

Where centres have entered for H409/03 Repository, no materials should be sent by post. Further details of the OCR Repository can be found here.

Files uploaded to the Repository should be clearly organised and labelled identifying the candidate number and content of the file (e.g. 1234_statementofintent).  Documents uploaded to the Repository work best in PDF format.  PDF files should include links to any online work.

Any work submitted as digital files must be in universal file formats.  Work can be submitted in the following formats:

• PDF
• MP3
• MP4
• Embedded in an online blog
