The existing Year 10 and Year 11 practice papers for the Twenty First century Science Suite (J257, J258, J259 & J260) will be kept on the secure Teach Cambridge for the lifetime of the specification.
The live assessments will be only available to teachers on Teach Cambridge from two weeks after they have been sat by students until the following August when they will be published on the public website.
The following practice paper resources are available:
- Twenty First century Science Suite J257, J258, J259 and J260 year 10 practice papers
- Twenty First century Science Suite J257, J258, J259 and J260 year 11 practice papers
The Summer 2023 exams are on Teach Cambridge, which is password protected. These will remain secure until early August 2024. Examiner Reports for Summer 2023 will also remain secure until early August 2024.
The full schedule of when exam papers can be found on Teach Cambridge can be found here.
The grade boundaries for each exam series are published on the OCR website each year. You should be aware that there is a rigorous standardisation process before and during the marking of live assessments to ensure comparability between all candidates at all centres. The marks produced by a teacher of their own students’ responses will be unstandardised and should be treated as general guidance only.
The grade boundaries for reformed GCSE (9–1) qualifications are based on total raw marks and will change each year based on the individual assessment and the prior attainment of the students sitting the exam.
