GCSE Psychology: Can students get marks for a plan in 13 mark questions?

For 13 mark answers, students can get some credit for items in the plan if they have not been credited for it elsewhere. Although they will get credit, they could be capped at level 1 for A01 as to get to level 2  -"...The response has a reasonable structure."

For A03 they can access level 2 - "...Points may be brief but should still be relevant ..." so the brief points in a plan could meet this criteria.

Al the above depends on the detail given in any plan.
