GCSE Drama COVID-19: My Drama students need to experience live theatre in person. How can we do this when theatres are likely to remain closed for much of the year?

Sometimes events/circumstances will prevent a student (or all students in the event of a cancellation due to the current climate for example!) from being able to go, this is why the live theatre statement form says "Your centre has taken reasonable steps to make sure all candidates have experienced live theatre where they are a member of the audience in the same performance space as the performers."

If you have taken all reasonable steps but still were not able to attend live theatre, students can still write about a live recording or digital stream in section B of the exam as indicated in the specification.
