Centres can provide candidates with digital photographs of their work for a digital portfolio to be constructed using, for example, PowerPoint. Teachers are required to keep NEA work safe and secure, they can only share photographs with candidates via a secure virtual space, for example, email or saved to a secure cloud like one-drive and the folder shared with the candidate only.
Candidates can use their portfolio for college or University interviews, we suggest that work is presented during the digital interview and the image files are kept secure and not forwarded to other people avoiding a breach of JCQ regulations.
