One of the strengths of Y100 is that it does allow students to research something they have a particular interest in. However, if you’re unsure whether a title is actually suitable, the best advice is to ask the student to identify the different historians, and a range of primary sources, to prove to you that there are sufficient accessible resources available for the demands of AO2 and AO3 to be met.
