You need to decide at the time of entry how you will be submitting work – by post or electronically using OCR Repository.
Once you have made an entry for a series you, or your exams officer need to upload marks to OCR Interchange by the deadline:
You will then receive an email from Interchange requesting a sample of work to send to your moderator, or to upload:
Postal: You can send work to your moderator in paper format or memory stick or CD/DVD.
Repository: If uploading work to the OCR repository, then the recognised file formats are listed in the Specification Handbook.
Your moderator will check the sample work to see that it meets National Standards, and report their findings back to OCR. If, during moderation your moderator has any questions or queries they will contact your centre. They will also produce a report for each unit moderated which will be provided to you along with moderation outcomes when marks are released.
