All art work produced for assessment must be kept securely until after results and any review of results has been resolved.
If the school wishes to exhibit work prior to this then this must take place in a space that can be secured and should be invigilated when open to the public etc.
If work is lost or damaged or changed then this potentially invalidates any review of results.
The school must consider how to reduce the HIGH risk level of photographs of the exhibition appearing on social media accounts of visitors, as this would breach JCQ regulations.
