Theoretically, there is no issue with a student completing their controlled hours in a workshop space if this is monitored accordingly to ensure that the work is produced by the student.
However, there is the issue of ensuring that the work is only completed during the 10 hours allowed. The school must find a way to ensure that the student can't access their work outside of the controlled assessment time.
