The following types of evidence are required:
Practical evidence – this includes a three-hour session incorporating the preparing, cooking and presentation of three dishes.
Written evidence – this includes the plan, analysis and evaluation. Work should be limited to no more than 10 pages (20 sides) of A4, with a font size of around 11 or 12. Guidance can be found on page 25 of the specification.
Photographic evidence – one A4 sized, colour photo, which shows the outcome of all three dishes, and two photos showing evidence of carrying out at least two of the skills/ techniques.
