Can R069 be submitted in the same year or same series as R068?

Yes, you can submit both units in the same year, or submit R068 in the first year and R069 in the second year of the course.

As the R069 assignment does not change, the key thing is that R068 is submitted in the year that the assignment for that unit is still ‘live’, and R069 is based on the product design proposal that the student completed for R068.

Centres can submit R068 and R069 in the same series as long as the rules of entry are met. 

Therefore, R068 must be completed using the live assignment that is valid for the series of submission, and R069 should be based on the design proposal completed for R068. If those rules are met, then you can submit both units in the same series.
