Yes! The aim is not to test students on their ability to take raw data and put into excel and then make graphs.
Google forms and survey monkey etc do the graphs automatically. It is up to the candidate to decide which graphs are appropriate (a pie chart showing 100% is not needed for example) and then to analyse them.
