There is no equivalent of A Level practical monitoring for GCSE. Your students need to keep a record of what they have done and learnt from their practical activities, but this is for revision purposes.
You need to have evidence that you are delivering the practical work as described in the specification. This could be within your own planning, or you could use our tracker or your own version. You may be asked to provide these records for an Ofsted inspection, or as evidence for your senior leadership team before they sign the NEA Centre Declaration form. This form needs to be signed by your Head of Centre to declare that students have been given the opportunity to carry out the relevant practicals to meet the required apparatus and skills.
